While major green building rating systems such as LEED are not focused on lighting and production equipment compliance, we hold ourselves to higher standards. We champion sustainable specifications by selecting manufacturers and materials local to the project site, reducing transportation impact and supporting regional economies.

Schuler Shook’s Sustainability Committee is made up of a diverse group that leads our commitment to environmental responsibility and human centric design — both within our organization and in the work we create for our clients. Through this group, we establish clear, actionable initiatives that improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon impact, and promote responsible material use across all projects.
