Hyatt Global Headquarters

Chicago, IL

Hyatt relocated their global headquarters to a 260,000 SF office space along the Chicago River, part of a renaissance in riverfront development. The workplace is designed to encourage greater connections between their headquarters and the various hotel properties.

The design supports Hyatt’s culture of care” by creating environments that enable people to thrive in the ever-changing world of hospitality. It also draws on touch points from the hotel experience: arrival, social spaces, food and beverage, meetings and events, guest rooms (or workspace), and departure.

This hotel-like office project achieved both LEED Platinum certification and Silver certification under the WELL Building Standard.
