The challenges for illuminating the interior and exterior of this glass box included ensuring visual comfort from LED fixtures and from large, glass curtain-walls that were designed for abundant daylight penetration as well as organizing the lighting fixtures in a “technical-channel,” along with daylight-sensors, speakers, security cameras, and Wi-Fi antennas for an organized, clean appearance in the cross-laminated timber ceiling.
