Schuler Shook’s specialist lighting design services are seen throughout this truly open community facility including co-workingspaces, a café, an art gallery, and a theatrette at
ground level.

The other floors include a radio station, a health clinic, space for community organisations and more co-working space. The rooftop has been conceived as an outdoor event space with great views over St. Kilda and Port Phillip Bay.

The lighting design adds to the attractive interior and provides efficient and comfortable lighting throughout the building. Digital lighting controls allow significant energy savings and the flexibility to achieve different lighting ​“looks” depending on the activity or event taking place.
