The 102,000 SF mixed use building for Seattle Opera abuts its main performance home, Marion Oliver McCaw Hall, and supports the opera’s elaborate scenic, costume, properties, and electrics shops. It includes a glass-lined performance space with fixed seating and straightforward stage rigging, curtains, and lighting systems.
