Capella Tower
Minneapolis, MN
This mixed-use office tower, the second tallest building in downtown Minneapolis, was built in 1992 and needed upgrades to refresh the tower’s common areas.
The renovation was completed in three phases to accommodate tenants while providing updated finishes, specialty lighting, and custom millwork.
The lighting supports a friendly hospitality feel with common areas, coffee and wine bar, meeting rooms, and spaces for small gatherings. LED sources integrated with architectural materials aided in this successful and inviting design.
