Dayton's Project
Minneapolis, MN
The Dayton’s Project converts a historic, iconic department store to a commercial office, retail and entertainment space in the heart of Minneapolis.
Many elements throughout the design became a contemporary reinterpretation of the existing building fabric with a twist of modern urban design.
The lighting design was a careful balance of highlighting existing historic attributes, adding new details that recall the building’s historic past, and incorporating fixtures with the progressive chic style suitable for modern office amenity spaces and shopping areas.
