This role may be filled at a Project Lighting Designer or Senior Lighting Designer level depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated ability to operate independently.
You will serve as a Project Manager and lead contributor on a variety of lighting design projects. You’ll oversee project documentation and team coordination, maintain strong client relationships, and assist in preparing proposals under Partner or Principal supervision. At the Senior level, this role may also include managing larger and more complex projects with increasing autonomy, developing new projects regularly, and providing guidance to more junior staff.
