We have a position available in our Chicago office for an experienced, motivated Lighting Designer with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for lighting design who will excel in a creative, supportive and collaborative office environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will collaborate with and support the Project Leader on all project aspects, including design, research, and documentation. You will work with our team of designers and our clients on all aspects of design from concept illustrations to mock-ups to controls programming sessions. You will help prepare the lighting team for project kickoffs and help celebrate at project openings!

You must be able to communicate design ideas visually and verbally, and should be a skilled user of Photoshop, AGI32, Revit, and Bluebeam. Experience in InDesign, LightStanza, ElumTools, Enscape, or 3ds Max is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architectural Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
